Maintenance Manager

Airswift is working in partnership with a publicly traded manufacturer of nonwovens as roll goods for wipes as well as for medical and hygiene products, which is currently looking to hire a Maintenance Manager for their production line in South Carolina.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong systems and planning person
• Understands and believes in using tools such as CMMS, Gant Charts and Work Orders
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with experience introducing new processes or leading a functional turnaround
• Experience with scheduling systems such as Microsoft Project

Desirable Skills and Experience Required:

• Nonwovens, Paper or Continuous Manufacturing experience
• Holds a Bachelors Degree
• Mechanical Engineering background
