The ideal candidate will work along side the team, walk the floor, assist in all troubleshoot, and repair of equipment. Requirements for Maintenance Manager. Lead maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration and boiler systems. Provide advance knowledge, skills and tools to keep equipment operating, must be able to read blueprints and troubleshoot. Ensure all operation meet OSHA and food safety guidelines. Develop, Implement and oversee preventive/predictive maintenance program. Supervise, schedule, train, instruct and monitor maintenance personnel.
