Job DetailsJob Details:We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in the Accounting + Finance industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional who is looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, predictive and preventative maintenance. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our processes and systems, and the individual will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our operations.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
  • Utilize CMMS software to track and manage all maintenance activities, providing detailed reports on equipment status and maintenance plans.
  • Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance programs, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
  • Manage the use of Allen Bradley PLC and HMI in the production process, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Oversee food production processes, ensuring adherence to HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards.
  • Lead CAPEX project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement training programs for maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential maintenance issues, ensuring a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in the Accounting + Finance industry.
  • Proven experience with mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, predictive and preventative maintenance.
  • Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance management.
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI.
  • Knowledge of food production processes and adherence to HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards.
  • Proven experience in CAPEX project management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
