DescriptionTITLE: Maintenance ManagerREPORTS TO: Director of Environmental ServicesJob Summary: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing operation of Environmental services which includes the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Laundry Departments.Qualifications: The Maintenance Manager requires a high school degree or equivalent and 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role. A recognized (MN) STS drivers' certificate or a willingness to obtain certificate by completion of a STS program within 45 days of hire. Must have a boilers license or a willingness to obtain one within 45 days of hire. The Manager should possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. He/She must have an ability to work with changing priorities and use effective leadership and communication skills. Can work harmoniously and skillfully with other staff members, residents and their families.
