Your Role at KIK Help maintain and PM the equipment to aid in reliability and productivity throughout your shift. Make thorough educated repairs in a timely manner to support a safe efficient workplace. Aid coworkers on group projects and larger repairs. Assist production staff to maintain performance reliability metrics. Help develop new methods or utilize new technologies to increase safety and performance of the workplace. Monthly Quality and Safety trainings are performed to keep all employees in a safe knowledgeable and mindset. What You'll Be Doing Assisting production team for shift start-up Changeovers of production lines for alternate products Washouts of equipment for alternate products Daily greasing of equipment and inspection for wear Maintenance repairs on a variety of items throughout shift on equipment such as; Labelers, Box Erectors, Fillers, Cappers, Packers, Box Sealers, and Conveyors. Welding / fabrication of equipment PVC SCH80 plumbing What You'll Bring Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience Minimum 3 years Production facility experience Driver license and reliable means of transportation Preferred- experience in welding, plumbing, mechanical repairs, electrical and conveyor systems What You'll Get KIK offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
