Job Overview Overview: Perform facilities maintenance preventive maintenance tasks in support of assigned area. Responsibilities: •Performs preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery for assigned area(s) •Assists senior level technicians in conducting maintenance on production machine projects. •General housekeeping of work area •Other projects as assigned •Performs general facilities maintenance duties including: o Painting o Carpentry o Light electrical work o Plumbing o Upkeep of office machines o Metal fabrication o Moving of machinery and office furniture as requested What your background should look like: Qualifications: •HS degree or GED •Skills in metalworking, carpentry, painting and light electrical work •Ability to read electrical schematics •Experience using measuring devices (ex. Meters, tape measures, squares) •Forklift Certification •Good communication skills •Must be proficient in English language Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork COMPENSATION •Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $34,480-$43,100 (subject to change dependent on physical location) •Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
