Job Summary and QualificationsThe Maintenance Mechanic III is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital equipment and building components. Under the general supervision of the Engineering Manager and/or Engineering Supervisor, the Maintenance Mechanic III will diagnose problems, offer solutions, and act to ensure the safety, care, and comfort of staff and patients. Sets an example in professionalism and workmanship.
Participates in providing patient specific care standards as directed, and follows service excellence standards to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.

Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent:
Preferred: Associates Degree from a Trade or Technical School.
