**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic****Job Description**We are currently seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join our team within a high-speed food/beverage production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation, repair, and maintenance of production machinery and equipment. This role involves adhering to critical policies during maintenance, welding, automation, reading electrical and pneumatic schematics, and communicating effectively with various team members about machinery issues. You will also manage improvement projects, handle suppliers/contractors, follow maintenance schedules, and prioritize repairs to reduce downtime. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining inventory, documenting maintenance activities, and overseeing the cleanliness of the maintenance shop.
