ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Performs maintenance, construction, and repairs to the interior and exterior of all buildings in the district including: rough and finish carpentry; cabinet making work; hardware installation; woodwork repair and refinishing; sheetrock installation and plastering; glass replacement and glazing; furniture repair and refinishing; installation of various flooring materials; sanding, priming and painting.
* Will need to use power shop equipment: table saw, drills, sander, joiner, router and skill and sabre saws.
* Painting supplies: brushes, rollers and spray guns.
* Required to be on-call on a rotating basis.
