Job Description:
Our client is searching for a Maintenance Technician that would run preventative and corrective maintenance on the plant machinery. The primary role of the maintenance technician is to improve work force productivity and work quality by eliminating in advance potential delays and obstacles through proper planning, preventative maintenance and coordination of parts, machine time and manpower. Position requirements: - Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks on hydraulic, mechanical or pneumatic problems from electrical problems on most industrial systems and pinpoint all electrical problems.- Capable of troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing mechanical malfunctions. - Responding to calls for assistance with building issues, jams, or shut downs, and other facility issues.- Troubleshoots and corrects mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic malfunctions under the direction of others.- Performs preventative maintenance tasks for all equipment.- Performs facility repairs.- Communicates and cooperates with other employees in a positive and constructive Skill Sets: ability to perform maintenance related work utilizing mechanical aptitudeShift: 3rd shift: 11pm - 7:30am Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday = Wednesday and Thursday you are off.Hourly Wage: $27 - $30/hr. + overtime = $80 - $90k first year take homeTraining/Benefits: Extensive training program as well as full benefits
