  • Repair & Maintenance Electrical work focuses on repairing, constructing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems andequipment including: Installing, calibrating, and testing electrical building infrastructure, control systems, and equipment.
  • Cutting, threading,bending, coupling, and strapping electrical conduit wiring. Troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and inspecting circuits/wiring for shieldingand grounding.
  • Testing electrical equipment for safety and efficiency.Understanding of basics of hydraulic theory and its applications; understanding of applicable utility systems and understanding of plantinstrumentation/control systems such as level detection, temperature measurement, mass and magnetic flow meters, etc.
  • The candidate must possess basic math skills in areas of addition/subtraction, multiplication/division.
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance on, troubleshoot and repair industrial pumps, belts, piping, filters, mixers, conveyors, valves,bearings, and mechanical seals.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and proof testing of equipment as necessary to solve problems and pro-actively prevent them.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and/or related skilled trades.
  • Basic Computer skills. PLC skills preferred. (Experience with Allen Bradley Panel view systems and
  • Experience working a CMMS preferred; Micro-Main a plus.
  • Understanding of basics of hydraulic theory and its applications; understanding of applicable utility systems; and understanding of plant instrumentation/control systems such as level detection, temperature measurement, mass and magnetic flow meters, etc. Allen Bradley PLC networking equipment desired).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
