This Maintenance Mechanic position will be part of the IFM teamresponsible for delivering Facility Management services to an CommScope,Inc. office location in Lisle, IL. This client leased facility isapproximately 70,000 RSF and houses ~ 100 client personnel in an officeenvironment. Also, within the facility are technology development labs and back of the house operational spaces. The MM will work alongside a team of JLL support personnel to deliver IFM services to the Client, reporting to the AFM on the account. - The Maintenance Mechanic provides electrical and mechanical support forthe assigned location(s). This role has a wide range of responsibilitiesincluding low/medium voltage power, HVAC system and controls,mechanical system troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, emergencyresponse, general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing system and vendormanagement.
