Description Performance a variety of maintenance duties including but not limiting to building, maintaining installing, removing, and/or replacing. Responsibilities Role & Responsibilities: Perform routine inspection of major utilities systems such as heating, domestic hot water, electrical, emergency power distribution system, plumbing, medical gas, vacuum, bulk oxygen reading, negative pressure rooms reading, fire alarm and monitoring systems and documenting results; identify, report, and troubleshoot abnormal conditions Revision of existing HVAC system operations through Computerized Building Management System and ability to make any temperature adjustments/monitoring chillers & boilers' operations Able to repair hospital beds, stretchers, wheelchairs, hospital fixtures, doors, lock replacements, as well as stationary and movable equipment. The salary range for the role is $27.7166 - $29.4858 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need.
