The ideal candidate thrives in an agile environment and has a passion for delivering world-class solutions. Specific responsibilities include:
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures, promote safe work practices, and foster a strong safety culture.
- Working rotating shift supporting a 7-Days/Week, 24 Hr/Day operation
- Working overtime as needed.
- Professional, pro-active and self-managing approach to work
Required skills, experience and traits: - 5-8 years related mechanical experience.
- Extensive experience in rotating equipment repair and installation (including power transmission, bearings, precision measurement, and precision shaft alignment).
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand equipment manuals and assembly drawings.
- Rigging and general welding (Mig, Tic, Arc) experience.
- Effective verbal and written communications with all levels of the organization
