They continue to expand crop acreage this coming season and a key employee to be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment. Must be able to plan how things will come through the shop in the off season. Direct other employees that will help in the shop during slow times, and be willing to maintain equipment and shop to the standard that the owner wants. Seeking an individual who has good all-around mechanical ability. Wages will be dependent upon the experience that one brings to the table. Hours are flexible. If you'd want to work 3am to noon, or evenings, we would be willing to accommodate your schedule. Guaranteed 40 hours at 5 days per week.
