- Perform machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Oversee general building repair and maintenance.
- Maintain and repair production machinery according to strict industry standards.
- Troubleshoot systems like boilers, DI water systems, air compressors, and dust collection systems.
- Provide maintenance support for Tabletting, Encapsulation, Film Coating, Pellet Coating, Sugar Coating, Printing, Blending, and Packaging departments.
- Modify and install new equipment, implement engineering upgrades.
- Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and repair power distribution systems.
- Read and interpret manuals and work orders to carry out necessary maintenance.
- Perform weekly bag house cleaning, and monthly preventive maintenance checks.
