Job Opportunity: Findlay, Ohio Our client is a provider of asphalt, road-building, mineral, and distribution services and has grown to be a leader in the aggregates and industrial mineral business. Our client is looking for a qualified individual to join their team as a Maintenance Operation Foreman. The Maintenance Operation Foreman will be responsible for supervising and working with the asphalt plant foremen and employees in the production of bituminous asphalt materials.Job RequirementsJob Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing bituminous asphalt materials for state, municipal and commercial projects.- Knowledge of asphalt plant, mechanics, and all aspects that are required to manufacture asphalt.- Ability to understand job costing and setting budgets.- Ability to work 50-70 hours per week including weekends and nights as needed.- Ability to lead people, schedule work and manage projects.- Must have a valid driver's license.Responsibilities/Duties:- Schedule daily production, the use of equipment, personnel, maintenance and repairs, and more. - Coordinate production with multiple managers. - Ensure quality and optimal production. Travel: The Maintenance Operation Foreman will be traveling between four of the client's plants in the Southeast Ohio region.
