Maintenance Operations Manager
: Job Details :

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in lawn and tree care products, addressing issues, and implementing
• treatments.
• Assist in coordinating the scheduling of maintenance crews, lawn applicators plant health care applicators, and enhancement crews.
• Be responsive and supply the crews with the equipment and materials for their daily tasks.
• Inspect quality on job sites.
• Address customer complaints promptly.
• In-depth knowledge of vendors and where products are purchased.
• Manage receipts in our Accounts Payable program.
• Attend client and company meetings.
• Be able to approve daily work tickets, and control over time.
• Be familiar with our work standards.
• Knowledge of all equipment, trucks, etc.
• Facilitate communication with subcontractors and schedule their work.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering materials (LHC & PHC, plants, vehicles, equipment, tools).
• Coach and train new employees.
• Maintain good communication with the Fleet Manager when vehicles or equipment require repair or maintenance.
• Prepared to handle varied responsibilities, including potential assignments throughout the season.

Qualifications :

• 3A NYS certified applicator license is an advantage
• Clean driver license
• Bi-lingual in Spanish/English
