As the Maintenance Operations Supervisor at Great Wolf, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and physical condition of the facility to ensure the highest quality standards of guest satisfaction while staying within the allocated budget.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews to meet maintenance operational standards
- Evaluate functionality and reliability of facility systems and equipment
- Implement a preventive maintenance program and make necessary repairs and replacements
- Identify, recommend, and implement changes to improve facility systems and equipment
- Supervise and train a team of maintenance staff
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Stay updated with industry knowledge and participate in educational opportunities
- Complete related results as needed to accomplish maintenance and organization mission
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Plumbing License, Certified Pool & Spa (CPO) License, Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) Certified
- Prior leadership experience in a resort/waterpark setting
- Experience in developing and monitoring programs to adhere to regulations
- Strong people management skills

- Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Able to climb multiple flights of stairs daily and walk frequently
