Career advancement opportunities in Supervision, Management or Automation & Controls Growing organization & increased demand for products!What You Will Be Doing:To maintain a safe, organized, clean and functional Parts Inventory System.Order all parts for inventory in a timely manner, receive them and catalog their arrival.Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records.Provide support to the maintenance department by processing all paperwork, creating/running reports, and tracking parts usage.Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.Maintain usage log and remove obsolete items from inventory with oversight from Chief Engineer.What We Need From You:Ability to independently manage time and set priorities.Must be well organized and computer literate.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is preferred.1+ years
experience with ordering and/or purchasing, preferably within MRO or maintenance.1+ years
experience in inventory and parts-room management.
