Maintenance PersonnelHarrison & Lear, Inc. is looking for experienced maintenance personnel for our Hampton communities. Applicant must be able to perform turnkey prep for new tenants. HVAC certification is a plus. The position may require (but not limited to) drywall work, appliance installation and removal, plumbing, electrical, grounds work, special projects, and other maintenance work and/or duties as necessary or required by management.Applicant must possess minimal tools for job requirements to be carried out and have reliable transportation. Applicant must also be a team player!
