Job DescriptionPlan and schedule maintenance activities. Coordinate with outside vendors/contractors. Maintain asset list for accounting. Create WO's and generate and close PM's upon completion. Mange part requisitions for equipment, usage and inventory. Manage and create reports to ensure efficiencies are maximized. 1st shift - 8am - 4:30pm - Monday - FridayDuties/Activities Required by Job
- Prepare work packages for planned maintenance activities, works with all levels of the maintenance department and production as required to enhance equipment and plant accessibility and competence supporting parts and supplies
- Develop & Implement Value Added Preventative Maintenance program
- Create and maintain standardized reports for tracking Maintenance Costs, KPI's and Equipment Uptime and Downtime
- Coordinates daily as well as weekly planning meetings related with maintenance.
- Manage Vendors, parts requisitions' and inventory.
Educations/Experience Requirements
- H/S, Trade School, Vocational or advanced schooling, formal training and/or general-level maintenance with journeyman and/or masters certifications in one or more disciplines. HazMat Trained.
- 2-3 yrs. related work experience, working knowledge of plant equipment.
- Must be well organized and proficient in computer Microsoft programs, familiar with Oracle a plus. Ability to be very flexible and work on numerous projects at the same time. Has excellent communication skills both orally and written.
