Maintenance Planner

Our client in Turtle Creek is seeking a Maintenance Planner.Duties:- Plan, coordinate, and organize daily tasks, including preventive maintenance, unplanned repairs, and project activities.- Collaborate with the Maintenance Engineer to schedule and coordinate maintenance work during downtime and outages.- Develop, maintain, and oversee the preventive maintenance program.- Support maintenance and operations teams with daily tasks while ensuring all work is performed safely.- Maintain and update equipment drawings and documentation.- Evaluate, manage, and procure necessary spare parts and operating supplies.- Serve as a shift Maintenance Technician as needed.Job RequirementsRequired Requirements:- Proactive self-starter with a proven safety and attendance record.- Experienced in developing and training maintenance staff.- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.In-depth knowledge of the galvanizing process and related equipment.- Familiarity with power distribution, AC/DC motors, motor control systems, PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, equipment alignment, bearings, couplings, lubrication systems, and pneumatics.- Proficient in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and equipment installation.- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.- Excellent computer and communication skills.Preferred Requirements:- Experience with troubleshooting and programming of Allen Bradley PLCs, Rockwell Software, and Factory Talk HMIs- Using IBA data trending software.- Networking experience
