Job DescriptionMaintenance Planner/SchedulerEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Follow all safety rules/guidelines/policies established Leadec and our customer.
  • Assist in preparation of detailed work packages and job plans that include equipment, parts, materials, documentation, and special tools and for the delivery of these parts and services.
  • Supports the Maintenance Manager in maintaining an appropriate backlog of effectively planned work ready for scheduling when maintenance resources are available.
  • Maintains established metrics of performance to ensure the maintenance function continues to improve.
  • Assist with parts inventory, materials, special tools, and personnel requirements for the department.
  • Assist with the planning activities for all maintenance work orders in CMMS.
  • Assist the maintenance manager with maintaining estimate for craft hours, labor, and material costs for each work order.
  • Routinely meets with the Maintenance Manager and Operations Leadership to ensure work order priorities are established and the appropriate work packages completed and available.

Position Requirements:
  • CMMS systems skills (SAP preferred).
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proper email etiquette.
