Mid-Senior Level Role

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP and IT systems in a maintenance or manufacturing context.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Effective coordination with internal departments and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate SAP and IT processes for the Maintenance Department.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoice payments, and inventory to support maintenance operations.
  • Oversee warehouse inventory, materials management, rental agreements, and contractor coordination.
  • Conduct maintenance audits and collaborate with accounting to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Work with Purchasing to onboard and manage new vendors for maintenance services.
  • Issue work permits as needed.
  • Maintain Critical Spare Parts data, including equipment records, inventory lists, and purchasing details.
