Mid-Senior Level Role
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAP and IT systems in a maintenance or manufacturing context.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in inventory management and procurement processes.
- Effective coordination with internal departments and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate SAP and IT processes for the Maintenance Department.
- Manage purchase orders, invoice payments, and inventory to support maintenance operations.
- Oversee warehouse inventory, materials management, rental agreements, and contractor coordination.
- Conduct maintenance audits and collaborate with accounting to ensure compliance with standards.
- Work with Purchasing to onboard and manage new vendors for maintenance services.
- Issue work permits as needed.
- Maintain Critical Spare Parts data, including equipment records, inventory lists, and purchasing details.
