JOB DESCRIPTION:

A large chemical manufacturing client of Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to join their maintenance team in Riceboro, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for preventing repetitive equipment failures across the plant by using root cause analysis to define issues, developing reports to track repetitive failures and keep up with the health of the equipment, and creating projects based on the reports to improve repetitive issues. Additionally, you will work with your team of mechanics and technicians, as well as the lead engineer, to identify failures and continuously mitigate issues. Will pay for full relocation!!!

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of reliability engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with root cause analysis, reliability reports and tracking, mean time to repair, and lubrication routes
