Location: Spokane,WA, USA
The person in this position works directly with the Community Manager and is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks including, work orders and unit turns, maintaining grounds, curb appeal, and common areas as well as mitigating emergencies at one or more properties. This person isresponsible for positive interactions with residents, potential residents, vendors and visitors, while always keeping in mind that service and quality is primary. This position reports to the Regional Property Manager. There is no unauthorized interaction with building ownership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
ATTENDANCE
Position requires the ability to work any of the 7 days of the week, 52 weeks of the year. It is critical that individuals have the ability to work their scheduled hours plus any other hours necessary to complete the job and must attend training classes as scheduled. Work schedules and location assignments are subject to change. Ensure compliance with time management policies including meal and rest periods.

Sick Pay- 0.038462 hours of sick per hour worked (on average 10 days per year). Up to 80 hours carryover each year.
