Job Title: Maintenance Scheduler/CMMS AdministratorOverview:As the Maintenance Scheduler/CMMS Administrator, you will be responsible for scheduling maintenance tasks, and PMs in the most efficient way, while building & managing a CMMS system to serve across all plant maintenance needs.Ultimately, you will:1. Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders.2. Train employees on how to use the CMMS.3. Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the CMMS.4. Work with MRO inventory team to source appropriate critical spares.5. Create procedural manuals that explain how to do certain tasks.6. Estimate costs of labor and parts for industrial equipment7. Adjust schedules to account for emergency work.8. Assist and support maintenance manager.9. Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations.10. Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management.11. Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors.12. Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with Suntado's maintenance goals.13. Build & input Assets into a CMMS system.14. Identify & build master data queries into the CMMS system.15. Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a demanding environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitors maintenance progress and adjusts the maintenance schedules as needed to maintain optimal maintenance excellence. Collaborates with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning. Communicates with maintenance manager to ensure timelines and expectations are being met. Maintains accurate and up to date records of maintenance schedules, and corrective action. Develops and monitors maintenance schedules and department activities relating to preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Evaluates vendors, goods, and services. Negotiates Maintenance Service Contracts Develops and maintains positive internal and external relationships. Evaluates parts supplier options. Maintains accurate records. Creates and analyzes KPIs. Identifies areas of improvement to continually drive performance and business results. Creates policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation. Coordinates and creates efficient schedules.Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Education and/or Experience: BA / MS degree and/or 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling. Proficiency in Microsoft office and CMMS software. Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) would be a plus. Experience with ERP and database level systems and knowledge in the use of electronic collaborations tools preferred.Qualifications: Strong Analytical, prioritization, and critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders; written and verbal. Must be able to work in a demanding environment. Strong Negotiation skills Proficient with Microsoft programs, CMMS, and ERP systems.Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and negotiation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage supplier and internal company relationships. Presentation skills Familiar with current communication tools and platforms (Collaboration tools, instant messaging, blogs, etc.) to keep organization well informed in a timely manner. Ability to maintain legible records in accordance with company standards.
