Position Summary:This position requires experience, knowledge, and the ability to plan and schedule maintenance activities, including labor, material, and predictive/preventive maintenance planning. Excellent communication skills are required. An in depth understanding of the CMMS/EAM systems (D365) is necessary. Assists Logistics/Energy Resources Maintenance Teams in providing the necessary maintenance resources and record keeping that is required and assists in maintenance work preparations to improve work efficiencies and increase plant productivity. This position will assist in maintaining production equipment availability and performance at satisfactory levels through the planning, scheduling, coordinating, and reporting of repair activities. Ensure resources are available and adequate to complete these tasks. Must be able to identify and prioritize multiple maintenance jobs/projects and perform work with a constant awareness of improving processes. Preparation of reports, metrics, and other tracking tools are required. The Logistics/Energy Resources Maintenance Scheduler will support all policies, processes, goals, and objectives of the company and will represent the company in a knowledgeable and professional manner.Primary Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to the following):* Prepare and maintain weekly maintenance schedule.* Use of EAM system (D365) to develop a weekly work schedule to secure adequate resources to complete preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance. Audit assignments and resources to ensure repair schedules and performance expectations are met. This includes maintenance and operations staff, materials, documents, work orders, change orders and necessary approvals to perform work as planned.* Schedule all planned Priority #3, #4, #5, and #7 maintenance tasks for all Logistics and Energy Resources Maintenance teams and outside maintenance contractors that are performing daily maintenance work.* Review maintenance employee resource availability at the start of each week in coordination with the Maintenance Supervisors.* Schedule the maintenance activities for all the equipment resources for Energy Resources (Cranes, Backhoes, Trucks, Trailers, etc.).* Work with Operations Gatekeepers on available resources and match with the jobs that are ready to schedule and schedule, as necessary.* Review job plans developed by Maintenance Planners as required.* Conduct weekly scheduling meeting with Operation Gatekeepers, Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Manager.* Review Dynaway Analytics dashboard in Power BI.* Communicate with maintenance Planners, Operations Gatekeepers, and Supply Chain personnel regarding parts required and inventory levels needed to complete all planned and scheduled work orders and PM work orders.* Manage and schedule maintenance activities such as inspections, instrument calibrations, and equipment preventive maintenance and validation assessments along with coordinating project workload.* Advise along with Operations Gatekeepers, Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisors when the best time to reschedule work is and reschedule work accordingly.* Provide input to management and suggest improvements for efficiency.* Responsible for notifying supervisors of any problems or issues with inventory, planning and scheduling.* Reschedule any jobs, as necessary.* Run weekly resource allocation and send out the numbers to the maintenance manager, management systems supervisor and maintenance planners at the end of each week.* Review Action Item list. * Complete any other tasks assigned by manager.* Backfill for Logistics and ER planners when they are on vacation or sick leave.* Assist Management Systems Specialist in gathering and labeling assets. Making the role aware when there are asset tagging/availability issues.* Ensure safe work practices are always implemented. Report any safety issues or problems to supervisor and Safety Manager immediately.* Maintain confidentiality of all records and company matters.* Support all company safety, health, environmental, and quality programs and policies, and be accountable for the performance of these programs in the maintenance department.* Must be accurate and detailed oriented.* Must be a collaborator.* Need general parts, electrical, pipefitting, welding, rotating equipment and carpenter shop understanding.* Computer skills and experience with inventory management, and CMMS/EAM system software is a necessity.* OSHA knowledge beneficial.* Working knowledge in SharePoint, OnBase, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and Excel.* Work with LDAR personnel to insure all LDAR work orders are distributed to the correct maintenance craft shop.* Outside contractor support as required.Job Qualifications (refers to job, not incumbent): Education: High School diploma required. A minimum of an Associate's degree in a technical field is preferred. Experience: Two years CMMS/EAM experience is required, along with 3-5 years of maintenance experience with demonstrated safe work behaviors.Other:* General knowledge of the various oil and gas field procedures and practices. * Good interpersonal and leadership skills. * Problem solving abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform.* Knowledge of pipelines, pumps, automated controls, oil field maintenance, and more.* Good communication skills and be able to provide clear and direct instruction.* Ability to accommodate occasional travel, including overnight stays.
