Job Description

Pay Rate: $35.00 / hour

Schedule: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Day Shift, Full-TimeAbility to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Key Responsibilities:Planning, scheduling, & coordination of all planned maintenance work performed on the line to increase productionCoordinate with departments to develop and schedule preventative maintenance (PMs) for each piece of equipmentSchedule all work orders ensuring parts, tools, and machine availabilityConduct training with line crews to build mechanical troubleshooting capabilityUnderstands and applies proper codification to materialsUnderstands and applies MRP concepts for stocked materialEnters and maintains correct material pricing and sourcing information in SAPContacts vendor to assure material specification, price and sourcing information are correctReview all requisitions for accuracy and necessityCreate PO's and communicate to management when ready for releaseCommunicates order to vendorReviews open PO's and follows up with if necessaryContacts vendor to coordinate material returns and obtain return material authorizationsWorks with accounts payable to resolve invoicing and pricing variancesSupport other maintenance back office roles as neededRun weekly plan maintenance meetings to review PM's and rebuilds

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience in an industrialized environment; and/or equivalent combination of experience/educationHigh school degree or equivalent and two years further education or equivalent degree preferredPreferred advanced computer skills (Microsoft office), SAP, CMMS/MP2 (AMM) maintenance systemFamiliar with Continuous Improvement methods3 or more years on a PET Line or similar settingAnalytical problem solving skillsAbility to train othersExcellent communication skills, must communicate to both technical and non-technical staff. Willingness to work flexible shift's depending on project/production requirementsPreferred ability to read and interpret complicated technical part manuals and catalogues. Able to organize and manage many complex tasks.Able to take direction and instructions remotely and apply in local environment.Prior purchasing experience preferred
