Dedicated to Excellence, Committed to ServiceMaintenance SchedulerThe Maintenance Scheduler is responsible to maintain employee records, train new office employees, coordinate GA and student work schedules, schedule Maintenance for campus events, and assist the Maintenance Office as needed.Maintain Employee RecordsOrganize and update employee files. Issue problem reports and manage paperwork for Maintenance and Recreational Properties students.Coordinate TrainingMaintain the Onboarding and Integration Procedure Manual for the Maintenance Office and train new office employees. Under the direction of the Maintenance Office Supervisor, provide continuous training initiatives for learning and development for the office team.Schedule Work AssignmentsCoordinate Maintenance and Recreational Properties and GA/student schedules for all terms and special events. Prepare and distribute information and manuals for new student employees.Coordinate Maintenance for Campus Events Research information and prepare schedules of Maintenance work for major events. Distribute schedules and information as needed.FLSA Status - Scanning (Non-exempt)EducationCollege Degree: Office Systems, HS (Required)Work Experience1+ years in an office environmentPhysical Requirements and SkillsDetailed, Microsoft Office, Operate standard office equipment, Organized, Time Management, Written and Verbal Communications (Inactive)Ideal candidates must be born-again Christians and must be dedicated to training young people for serving God; and must desire to educate students based on biblical values and be committed to excellence as a Christian educator who glorifies Christ as the source of all wisdom and knowledge.
