WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE AS A MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST You are responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks, strictly adhering to manufacturer guidelines. Your mechanical expertise will be put to the test, from conducting oil changes and tune-ups to repairing and replacing malfunctioning parts and systems. Additionally, you play a crucial role in ensuring effective performance by properly oiling and lubricating moving parts on equipment. Organizing and maintaining our shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies are also part of your responsibilities. Your experience with using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document repairs is highly valued, and your active participation in internal meetings and completion of required training contribute to our overall success. • High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of automotive and maintenance experience preferred
• Driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds
• Comfortability frequently climbing up and down ladders; crouching and bending at the knee; stooping or bending at the waist; reaching arms overhead; and twisting and turning at the neck and trunk
• Exceptional mechanical repair skills
