MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

This is an ONSITE position. The expectation is for the selected individual to travel via company vehicle up to 30% of the time. A valid drivers license with an acceptable record is required.

We are seeking a Maintenance Specialist to assist our maintenance team with ongoing projects for our existing and future store locations. This position will be a part of our construction and maintenance team and will receive work orders from different construction managers, ensuring work orders are seen through to completion. The Maintenance Specialist may perform and inspect repair work, and provide other support as needed.

An excellent Maintenance Specialist will:

• Experience in carpentry and maintenance.
• Enjoy working with their hands.
• Be proficient with the use of tools.
• Be reliable and collaborative.
• Possess strong organizational skills.
• Be familiar with construction.

About you:

• The ability to take ownership of work order management; this includes follow-up with Construction Project Manager, Store Managers, etc.
• Work well within multiple departments to align with business needs.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
