Shift: Day Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 Summary: This position is responsible for the daily facility and equipment maintenance at Baptist Health PACE locations in North Little Rock and Hot Springs. Also responsible for installing and/or coordinating installation of assistive devices and ramps in patient homes. This position will act as the on-site representative for the environment of care, including patient, visitor, and staff safety. Position will also oversee safety and emergency management procedures required by regulation. Other information: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Licensed Journeyman or electrician or plumber's license preferred, but not required. Valid Arkansas Drivers license required. At least 5 years experience in building/facilities maintenance. Familiar with safety procedures, building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
