Position: Maintenance Specialist

Location: Norfolk, VA

Pay: $17.37 to $19.50/hour (Depending onexperience)

Experience:

• 4-6years of experience in mechanical and HVAC trades.
• Knowledgeof HVAC systems and building repairs.

Education: High school diploma orvocational/technical education in building trades.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Description:

• Performgeneral maintenance and repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, andcarpentry
• Supervisemaintenance staff and manage work schedules
• Operatemotorized vehicles and maintenance equipment as needed
• Ensurecompliance with safety and quality standards

Position Requirements:

• VirginiaGas Fitter License preferred
• Validdriver's license
• Knowledgeof HVAC systems and building repairs
• Proficientin using maintenance tools and equipment with the ability to read andinterpret blueprints
• Excellentproblem-solving skills
• Stoop,kneel, bend, and climb ladders with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
