Chosen applicant will assist in the responsibility and accountability of allmaintenance tasks to include monthly lawn care. Individuals are responsible to ensure theproper performance/completion of all maintenance and service functions on property. This jobrequires organizational skills, excellent communication skills and strong working knowledge ofmaintenance skills. This position demands good physical and mental health, ability towalk/stand for long periods of time, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. High schooldiploma, Three or more years' experience in property maintenance. Must have owntransportation and hold a valid driver's license. Must clear a criminal background check.Computer skills are a plus.
