Our client in Syracuse, NYis looking for a hardworking, motivated and reliable Maintenance Superintendentto join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with supervising a team, organization skills, strong communication, andresidential maintenance experience.

What will you be doing?
- Plan and implement a Preventative Mainteance Schedule.
- Oversee, lead, and coach the Maintenance Tech - team of 1.
- Prepare apartments, during turnover, complete service requests, grounds keeping, and snow removal.
- Provide on call coverage for emergency calls.
- Document and maintain records as required.
What do you bring?
- Positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills.
- High School Diploma required.
- 2+ years of property maintenance experience, including; plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience; ability to coach and mentor ateam.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work well with others and multitask.
