Crucial LinkMaintenance Supervisor 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift Availability Needed$27-30/hr The Supervisor position supports all aspects of the local Maintenance team. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager. This position will act as the first point of contact for any Maintenance issues. The main functions of this position will be over seeing the Maintenance activities of a team of Maintenance workers. Responsibilities • Coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance teams • Manage employee's attendance and hours worked • Evaluate employee performance • Delegate maintenance assignments to appropriate teams and personnel • Train and coach new and current employees • Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions • Lead all employees in company safety initiatives, foster a safe work environment and enforce/support safety policies and rules Requirements • Three or more years previous supervisory experience in manufacturing environment • Ability to maintain maintenance operations through supervising, planning, scheduling, and monitoring labor productivity • Previous hands-on experience in manufacturing maintenance environment • Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment • Strong leadership and coaching skills • Experience managing preventive maintenance in a production/manufacturing environment • Comfort with computers and programs like office and excel • Strong communication skills • Ability to problem solve and resolve issues • Ability to work any shift is preferred • Ability to lift 70 lbs #talroo #zr
