We have an exciting opportunity for a **Maintenance Supervisor** to join our team at our **Litchfield, Illinois** facility!
**What You Will Do:**
+ Coach and develop team members (Automation Coordinator, Electrician, Maintenance Technician) to foster collaboration and model core values
+ Set annual goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
+ Hold regular team meetings and provide timely business updates
+ Oversee personnel decisions with the Plant Manager's guidance
+ Manage preventative and routine maintenance, and capital projects
+ Manage daily maintenance shop activities and inventory
+ Develop maintenance schedules and allocate team members
+ Understand machines, equipment, and worker capabilities to meet timelines
+ Serve as the site contact for capital projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
+ Establish a 5-year capital plan with project scopes and costs
+ Participate in the Location Management and Extended Leadership Teams
+ Ensure records, documents, and reports are completed and updated
+ Implement and monitor maintenance KPIs, conducting necessary analysis
+ Develop a 3-5-year maintenance plan with projected scopes, costs, and labor
+ Enforce safe work practices, conduct safety audits, inspections, and daily examinations.
+ Generate job procedures, including daily work permits
+ Train employees on job duties and equipment
+ Identify and resolve root causes of issues
+ Order and verify parts for maintenance work; ensure monthly inventory accuracy
+ Maintain accurate equipment history and master data in SAP PM System
+ Analyze equipment trends and MTBF data to recommend cost-effective improvements
+ Maintain workplace cleanliness and orderliness by setting and enforcing standards
+ Verify completion and quality of maintenance jobs, including work orders, clean-up, test starts, and production handover
**Education:**
+ You have your High School Diploma or equivalent
**What Skills You Need:**
+ You Possess a minimum of four (4) years' experience within industrial production or maintenance
+ Minimum of one (1) year leadership experience (leading processes, programs, or supervisory experience considered)
+ You are willing and able to do the following with or without reasonable accommodation: Climb and/or work in elevated areas, Stand and sit for extended periods, work outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions, lift up to fifty (50) lbs., and perform work that involves repetitive motion and lifting
+ You are comfortable with technology and possess good computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and are willing and able to learn other company specific applications as required
+ You have good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
+ You enjoy working as part of a larger, culturally diverse group, as well as independently when needed
+ When there is a problem, you see an exciting opportunity to troubleshoot so you can find and implement solutions
+ You have a valid US Driver's License
+ You understand that delivering to our customers on-time keeps us viable and are willing and able to work a rotating shift and overtime hours, which include nights and weekends during seasonal peaks to support production demand
**What Makes You Stand Out:**
+ Two Year Technical or Associates Degree in Maintenance, Operations, Safety, or related field
+ Previous Project Management experience or LEAN Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Continuous Improvement and Standardized Work
+ Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and Electrical knowledge and experience
