1. Supervis and oversee Maintenance team to include completing payroll

2. Assist employees with accessing all systems required to complete the job.

3. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, buildings, and grounds.

4. Carry out preventative maintenance on all production equipment and supervise preventative maintenance program to ensure all employees are completing PM's on regular bassit according to maintenance plans.

5. Perform emergency repairs as directed by supervisor.

6. Evaluate and troubleshoot all electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic machinery and equipment.

7. Daily report to Engineering Manager

8. Assist in test running molding and decoration machines.

9. Be familiar with ISO and SQF procedures related.

10. Propose improvements in safety, procedures, equipment, supplies, and cost savings.

11. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Must have positive attitude and good work ethic.

2. Direct supervision experience is required

3. CMM use and management experience required.

4. Root cause analysis experience is required.

5. Preventative Maintenance management experience required.

6. Mechanical/ hydraulic/ electrical management experience required

7. Prior machine maintenance experience required

8. Flexible hours to accommodate team needs required

9. Excellent communication skills

10. Ability to prioritize work effiently

11. Medium work: up to 50 lbs of force occassionally; 20 lbs frequently; 10 lbs constantly to move objects

12. Repetitive motion

13. Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, and hearing
