Maintenance Supervisor-2nd Shift
Looking for a Maintenance Supervisor on 2nd shift in northern Cincinnati for a major food manufacturing company.
Location: Northern Cincinnati
Shift is 1:30p to 10/11pm
Pay is $70-90k+bonus(depending on experience)
Essential Job Duties:
- Train, mentor, and develop maintenance team members.
- Provide effective leadership through clear communication and coaching.
- Foster a positive work environment that aligns with company culture.
- Motivate, correct, and challenge team members constructively.
- Maintain open communication with the maintenance team.
- Address feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, PLC, and process control systems.
- Lead the planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Supervise maintenance technicians during equipment installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Manage outside contractors for specialized repairs.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues to minimize production disruptions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Adhere to company GMP and safety policies.
- Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
- Determine root causes of operating errors and implement corrective actions.
- Inspect and test damaged equipment to assess repair needs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong proficiency in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, PLC, and HVAC systems
- Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical skills
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and adaptability
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow directions
