This long-standing company are known for taking care of and continually developing their staff, allowing plenty of opportunities to progress. They have multiple sites worldwide, and due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join them at their Georgia site.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory skills, however if you have experience within a lead role in a heavy manufacturing / maintenance related role and are looking to step up into a supervisory role, then you are still encouraged to apply.

This role would suit someone looking to build their career within a growing and stable business.

The Role:

• Leading your own maintenance team
• Supporting with troubleshooting and maintenance as required
• Maintenance planning, coordinating and scheduling
• 3rd Shift – Monday to Friday (Midnight – 8am)

The Person:

• Mechanics / maintenance experience
• Heavy manufacturing background
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, however will consider someone with experience in a lead role looking to step up
