We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our PM team in Malcom.

As a valued member of the Malcom site Maintenance team, we are seeking a professional like you to drive our daily maintenance by using the most appropriate and effective tools and techniques. You will work with technicians, contractors, and other site personnel executing the maintenance plan, including selection, allocation and prioritization of resources; facilitating first-time repair quality in an accurate, efficient, and effective manner to eliminate rework; supervision in the execution of the maintenance work processes and activities.

**During your straight day shift as a Maintenance Supervisor, you will...**

+ Supervise and lead maintenance personnel and activities.

+ Troubleshoot plant equipment and strong knowledge of them.

+ Provide technical support and guidance to Production and Maintenance personnel

+ Identify improvement opportunities and proposing and implementing sustainable solutions for site assets

+ Establish, monitor, and optimize Preventative Maintenance Plans

+ Offer troubleshooting support and recommendations to operating units including emergency work reviews and participating in Root Cause Failure Analysis and executing corrective actions for complex and/or repetitive problems

+ Ensure work is performed safely and maintain compliance with all BASF requirements

**If you...**

+ Hold +3 years of experience in a chemical/petrochemical or manufacturing environment in the area of maintenance and/or reliability

+ Have high school diploma or GED

+ Have effective communication and interpersonal skills

+ Possess analytical, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

+ Have the hability to influence, persuade, and negotiate

+ Have continuous improvement mindset

+ Are committed to compliance and knowledge of good safety practices, safe work methods and safety regulations
