The ideal candidate will have expert-level production machinery maintenance skills and proven leadership experience.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair production machinery.
- Rewire machinery including PLCs.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians.
- Ensure reliable operation of all machinery and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Essential Skills- Expert-level production machinery maintenance.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
- PLC troubleshooting and management skills.
- Mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Reliable transportation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with electrical systems (480V).
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Mechanical and welding skills.
- Experience in automation.

Work EnvironmentWork in a food and beverage company with a team of 18 members. The shift is Monday to Friday, 5:30am - 3:00pm, with occasional weekend work if required. Adhere to safety protocols including wearing beard nets, gowns, and hairnets in production areas, and uniforms when not in production areas.
