Dassault Falcon Jet will serve customers across North and South America and beyond, the complex will accommodate all current Falcon models, (including the new, ultra-long-range Falcon 10X, the largest purpose-built business jet), and will be capable of performing major maintenance and modifications on up to 18 Falcon models.Dassault Falcon Jet in Melbourne, Florida is seeking Maintenance Support Technicians in 2025 who works as part of an assigned hangar team which is comprised of Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, Interiors and Quality Inspectors, in support of planned aircraft maintenance projects located at the Dassault Service Center. The MST performs installation of avionics systems and wiring.Responsibilities:* Accomplishes all work while following company and industry safety standards while maintaining the highest level of quality.* Adheres to all FAA Regulations, the Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM), and all other approved data.* Performs the required maintenance needed for Falcon Jet aircraft as identified in the work order.* Perform basic aircraft maintenance tasks.* Assist other maintenance technicians with work orders.* Able to read and interpret aircraft drawing and blueprints.* Ensures all documents are signed off completely, properly and in a timely manner in accordance with the RSQCM.* Maintains the utmost level of professionalism at all times.* Works assigned shift and unscheduled overtime as needed or requested.* Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times.* Adheres to company dress standards.* Perform all other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company.QUALIFICATIONS* High school graduate or equivalent with additional courses in aircraft maintenance in recognized service or technical school programs.* Required to take the A&P certification exam and pass within first 24 months of employment* Able to read and understand instructions.* Must have required tools (see approved minimum tool list).* Beginner level computer skills requiredWORKING CONDITIONS* Works in a climate controlled hangars. (Heated and Cooled)* Occasionally works outside on tarmac in atmospheric weather conditions.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS* Ability to wear and utilize personal protective equipment* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance* Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds with assistance* Comfortable in tightly enclosed areas, heights involving lifts and ladders, as well as, flying.* Requires the ability to perform all physical functions of the job (hear, stand, kneel, walk, etc.
