Today, we continue to push ourselves and have expanded our product range of electronics and home appliances while continuing to provide customers with products with the latest technology, but at the most accessible prices PRIMARY FUNCTIONThe Maintenance TA I is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities. This entry-level position supports the maintenance team by assisting with repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting under direct supervision. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and filter changes.
- Support the maintenance team in diagnosing mechanical issues and implementing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean work environment.
- Participate in training programs to develop technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a maintenance or similar role. Technical certification or coursework in maintenance-related fields. Working Conditions: Work may involve exposure to loud noises, hazardous materials, and varying temperatures. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
