Our client is a family-owned and operated company. The Memphis plant is looking to staff its maintenance team. The family hired a former Navy Machinist Mate with close to 20 years of industry experience to be the Maintenance Manager. He is now staffing the entire team. They are looking for one (1) Maintenance Supervisor. This person will train on the Monday - Friday day shift for 4-8 weeks. Once you are proficient in the company systems and processes, you will move to an afternoon or 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule. The manager plans to work around your desired schedule and company needs. He needs someone committed to the mission. They are also looking for one (1) Maintenance Planner. This is a Monday-Friday role. You will be trained on the systems, but some type of planning or scheduling experience would be helpful. They are also looking for up to nine (9) Maintenance Technicians. These hires will cover all shifts. These can be Monday-Friday day to 2-2-3 night shift. The manager will work around the team's desires and the company's business needs. The pay for all roles is in the same range of $25 - $35/hour, plus overtime and top benefits. Working for a family-owned and operated company cannot be overstated. Being part of a family is entirely different than being a number on a spreadsheet.
