If you are ready to put your talents to work and embrace manufacturing excellence, apply to Cabinetworks Group today!We offer excellent medical, dental and vision benefits, life insurance, vacation and a 401(K) match plan.PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Must comply with all aspects of safety and be extremely safety consciousHave troubleshooting skills in the following areas: Primarily Electrical, PLC's and pneumatic & hydraulic controls a plus, willing to learn.Pipe fitting and installation (air lines, water piping, electrical conduit)Willing to work weekends and odd hours as requiredAble to follow a routine schedule of preventative maintenance on machineryAble to read and follow schematics, parts and instruction manualsGreat problem solving/decision making skillsTeam attitude and ability to work with team membersSafely Operate and run, any power tool in shopThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees in this position and are not intended to be an all-inclusive list of all responsibilities.Responsible for the operational start-up and shut down of facility; including alarm system, lights, compressors, dust collectors and other miscellaneous equipment.CAN INCLUDE BOILER OPERATIONS:A qualified candidate could train to operate, maintain and repair two 20,000-pound-per-hour wood-waste/natural gas fired boilers and ancillary equipment safely, efficiently and in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:5+ years of mechanical/electrical manufacturing experiencePrefer mechanical and electrical knowledge, vocational trade school or work experience in the maintenance field.responsible for the operational start-up and shut down of facility; including alarm system, lights, compressors, dust collectors and other miscellaneous equipment.Required to effectively communicate equipment issues (before/during /after shift) (shift to shift / dept. to dept. / trade to management)Principles of mechanics (coupling, shaft alignment, bearings, gears and lubrication)Self-starter who can effectively work with supervision, managers, and coworkers.Willing to train and learn new skill sets.Experience in LIMBLE a plus, ability to write shift reports and communication across shifts.Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pullingOn occasions, required to work in extreme conditions (hot/cold/rain/noise) (indoor/outdoor)May be required to frequently lift to 25 to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs. as well as push/pull cartsHand dexterity and strengthOvertime is required, including weekends and holidays sometimes with little or no advance noticeMay be required to work a flexible scheduleIt is an essential function of this position that you report to work on a regular basisThis is a full-time position.Cabinetworks Group (the Company ) is an equal opportunity employer, and we want to have the best available persons in every job.
