Join our team and start your journey today! CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE:
- Troubleshoot and program Fanuc Robotics
- Troubleshoot and program Allen Bradley PLC processors
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC systems, including motion control, precision switches, and low/high voltage applications
- Assist in troubleshooting of production problems
- Understand and utilize mechanical and electrical schematics for basic and advanced troubleshooting
- Recommend, test, and evaluate mechanical and electrical components or changes in making process improvements
- Assist engineering personnel in testing and evaluating new technologies, equipment, or techniques
- Lead or be a part of process improvement project teams
- Perform, initiate, and update Preventative Maintenance tasks on Machining equipment
- Assist in training team members in the proper operation of equipment including but not limited to start-up, shut-down, basic troubleshooting, and operator PMs
- Assist in meeting and exceeding conversion costs, production schedules, and quality goals (scrap PPMs)
- Work with AMS (Alliance Maintenance System) and Windows-based PC applications
- Assist in maintaining continuous improvement of company safety practices
- Serve as First Responder to emergencies (injuries, natural disasters, hazardous materials, confined spaces, etc.)
- Knowledge of CNC equipment
THIS JOB REQUIRES:
- Regular attendance
- Ability to promote safety and housekeeping policies and procedures as a sustained practice of the workgroup
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to work rotating schedules
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet above required knowledge standards
Plant shut downs could be regularly scheduled work days for maintenance.REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Five (5) years experience in industrial/multi-craft maintenance environment with at least 3 years manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- A degree in a related technical field with additional experience or completion of an apprenticeship program would be a plus.
