Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair all building systems including plumbing, lighting, electrical, and HVAC.
- Maintains records and logs as required by the facilities office.
- Coordinates with other departments for special projects, work requests, and assignments.
- Exhibits s friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers, fellow
- employees, vendors, and the general public.
- Other duties may be assigned
Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree(GED) 3 to5 or more years cumulative experience and/or training and a working knowledge of blue prints. One year minimum experience required in each of the following areas: Plumbing: Sweat copper, Installation and repair of any and all plumbing facilities, Thorough knowledge of plumbing fixtures, repair and replacement Carpentry: Basic knowledge of carpentry Welding: Ability to use Stick or Acetylene Torch Electrical: Strong knowledge of any and all electrical components, Knowledge of switch gears, VFD's, and generator power HVAC: Knowledge of HVAC and refrigerant systems; EPA certified or ability to complete
